Can I choose the operating system?
Yes. Pick Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora or FreeBSD at checkout, and reinstall from the panel any time. Reinstalling erases the server's data.
Do I get root access?
Yes. You get full root access over SSH, plus a browser console in the panel.
Can I resize a plan later?
Plans cannot be resized in place yet. To move up, order the larger plan and migrate your data. Support can help.
How fast is my VPS ready?
Usually within a few minutes after your payment clears.
Where are the servers located?
You choose Oregon or Virginia at checkout, and live availability for each plan is shown there.
What happens if I forget to renew?
If you have a payment method saved for automatic renewal, we charge it on the due date and email you a receipt. For quarterly and annual plans we also email a heads-up 7 days before. If you do not have one saved, we email the invoice 7 days before it is due, remind you 3 days before, and warn you every day after the due date. If it stays unpaid, the server may be suspended and later deleted, so keep a payment method on file.
Can I get a refund on a VPS?
No. VPS services are not eligible for refunds, so choose your size with care. The refund policy has the full terms.
Is there a backup?
Automated daily restore points are available from the Backup page, and you can also create FTP backup space.
